Picadilla Potato

Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    1 sweet potato, baked
    cooking spray
    3oz. extra lean burger
    1 garlic clove
    3 tablespoons chopped onion
    1 tomato, diced
    dash salt
    0.5 teaspoon cinnamon
    0.5 teaspoon pepper
    2 tablespoons raisins

Directions

Cook potato. Spray and heat pan. Add burger,garlic and onion, cook, breaking meat with wooden spoon as it cooks.
Chop up tomato and add to burger along with salt ,
cinnamon and pepper. Cook and stir till sauce thickens, about 5 minutes, stir in raisins. Slice potato in half and top each half with half the sauce. Serves 2.
