Ingredients

    1 lb buffalo ground
    1 small onioni
    1tsp garlic powder
    2 T chili powder
    1 T cumin
    1 T cocoa powder
    2 tsp salt
    1 tsp ground coriander
    1/2 tsp oregano
    pinch cayenne

Directions

brown the ground buffalo, cook onions with buffalo, add the rest of the ingredients and simmer for 1 -2 hours

serve with rice and cheese
