Onion
Zucchini
Mushroom
Red Pepper
Shredded Cheese
Directions
Cook vegetables until they're soft but crisp. Set aside. Pour in egg substitute and cook. Add veggies & cheese. Fold egg over veggies & continue cooking until egg is firm.
