  • I used boneless, skinless chicken thighs and used spagehetti and tomatoe sauce. I added zuccini, celery, Italian seasoning, and zesy Italian dressing. I didn't use the basil, curry powder or parsley. Turned out great. - 3/22/12

  • I use thighs boneless skinless, and 1/2C wito sauce. Leave out the curry. Use fresh basil. Use jarred spaghetti sauce (tomato basil) = total for my version = 514 (worth every calorie) - great for guests. Serve w/ salad and fresh fruit for dessert. - 7/24/11

  • DELICIOUS! I left out the mushrooms and curry powder (because I HATE curry). It was very quick and easy since I had cooked chicken in the freezer. I made it into two large portions (for 600 cals).

Thanks for the great recipe! - 4/22/09
