Ingredients

    Per serving:

    1/2 oz fresh spinach
    2 oz chunk light tuna
    1 tsp olive oil
    1 Tbsp + 1 tsp shredded mozzarella
    2 pieces double fiber bread

    Combined:

    1-1/2 oz fresh spinach
    6 oz can chunk light tuna
    1 Tbsp olive oil
    1/4c shredded mozzarella
    6 pieces double fiber bread

    Macronutrient breakdown:
    42.9% carbs, 31.7% protein, 25.4% fat

Directions

Mix tuna with oil and spread on one piece of bread. Sprinkle with cheese and toast (both slices) in a toaster oven. Stack spinach on top of melted cheese and close the sandwich.
