1/4 c. Quick Cooking Oats
3 oz. Choboni Fat Free Greek Yogurt
2 Egg Whites
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 c fresh blueberries
Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and whisk together until you get a batter like consistency. Heat a skillet sprayed with cooking spray and scoop the batter in 1/4 c. pancakes. Cook 3 minutes (or until brown) and then flip for an additional 2 minutes. Enjoy with some agave nectar or syrup if you choose. Otherwise eat up!
