    1 bell pepper
    1 onion
    2 cans mixed beans (3 c. total)
    1 can diced tomatoes (2 c. total)
    4 T. chipotle peppers & sauce
    2 c. water


mix in crock pot. cook on low 4-8 hours (depending on how soft you want your beans).
