Tabatha's Minestrone Soup

Chickpeas (garbanzo beans), 1 cup
Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 cup, chopped
Carrots, raw, 4 medium
Onions, raw, 2 large
Celery, raw, 7 stalk, large (11"-12" long)
Mushrooms, fresh, 2 cup, pieces or slices
Vegetable Broth, 4 cup
*Catelli Garden Select Parmesan Romano Spagetti Sauce, 3 cup
*Olive Oil, Kirkland, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 2 tbsp
Zucchini, 2 cup, mashed
chop up carrots, peppers, zucchini and celery and add to the crock pot. chop up onion, and fry in olive oil until tender. Add onion to crock pot. Pour in a container of campbells veggie broth and a jar of spagetti sauce. Add salt, pepper, basil, oregano and marjoram to taste.
