Salsa chicken lunch pita

Introduction

This yummy, filling lunch is full of protein, and low in fat! This yummy, filling lunch is full of protein, and low in fat!
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1 small can of chicken breast (I use the Swanson chicken that comes in a pack of 3 cans)

    .5 cup black beans

    2 tsp salsa

    1 Aladdin brand whole wheat pita

Directions

Combine beans, salsa, and chicken in a bowl.
Open up the pockets in pita.
Put chicken mixture into pockets.
Enjoy!
For a lower sodium dish, I suggest buying low sodium beans, or using cut up chicken breast instead of canned.
