Introduction

I threw this all together with two browned chicken breasts, covered, and cooked on the stove for around 15-20 minutes. It was delish! This recipe doesn't include the chicken. I also added my fajita seasoning mix (recipe coming soon), and some red chili flakes.     *Canned, Diced Tomatoes, Blue Menu, No Salt Added, President's Choice, 28oz liq = 796ml, 28 oz (remove)
    White Rice, long grain, 1 cup (remove)
    *Blue Menu Peaches & Cream Corn - No Salt Added, 1 cup (remove)
    Garlic, 3 cloves (remove)
    Honey, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Salsa, .25 cup (remove)
