Ingredients

    1/3 cup of Chia Seeds
    2 cups of Hemp Milk or any nut milk

Directions

Measure hemp milk into a 24 oz ball jar, add chia seeds. Stir chia seeds and milk with a whisk or shake with lid tightly sealed for 20 seconds. Let sit for a minute and stir again. You can experiment with using more or less liquid, depending on your preference, or the consistency of the food item to which you’re adding it.
