2 cups All-Purpose Flour, enriched
1 tbsp Baking Powder
1/2 tsp Salt
1 cup Milk 1%
2 tbsp Sugar
1/4 cup Mayonnaise
In a large bowl, combine flour, baking powder, salt and milk, blending with a rubber spatula. Add the sugar and mayonnaise and stir until just combined. Spoon batter into prepared muffin pan. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown. Makes 12 dinner rolls.
