Ingredients

    One 5 oz (142g) can Chunk white tuna in water
    Two tbsp Hellmann's Light Mayonnaise
    1/4 tsp Mrs. Dash Garlic & Herb Seasoning
    1/4 tsp Mrs. Dash Original Blend

Drain all the water from the tuna. Flake apart.
