Ingredients

    2 cups all purpose flour
    1 cup skim milk
    1 cup water
    2 eggs
    pepper
    walt

Directions

Mix all ingredients together in bowl. Heat a frying pan sprayed with Pam. Put in 1/4 cup of batter and roll to spread thinly, let brown slightly and then turn. Cook Until done, roll with parmesan cheese and place in bowl with chicken broth.
