Introduction

Serve over rice or as a filling in soft tortillas. Nutrition info does not include rice or tortillas. I threw this together when I needed a quick meal, served it over rice, and it was a hit. Ingredients

    20 oz boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into chunks
    3 large bell peppers, any color combination, cut into strips
    1 large onion, sliced
    1.5 large jars of Great Value Corn & Black Bean Salsa

Directions

Place all ingredients in slow cooker, stir to coat everything with salsa. Start on high in the morning, turn down to low at lunch time, or cook low all day.
