Kims power smoothie

Introduction

A simple frozen smoothie with the added punch of Amazing Grass Superfood greens. YUMMY A simple frozen smoothie with the added punch of Amazing Grass Superfood greens. YUMMY
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    1 cup Frozen Mixed fruit (Dole)
    1 cup fresh or Frozen Blackberries (raspberries r good 2)
    1/2 cup frozen Blueberries
    1 banana
    1 cup Almond Milk unsweetened
    5 packets of Truvia or Stevia in the raw
    1 packet or scoop Amazing Grass Superfood greens

Directions

I put the Milk and Banana in the bottom of the blender then add the Amazing Grass. Put remaining ingrediants into the blender and mix. The more frozen fruits you use the thicker this becomes. This makes 2 10oz servivngs.
