Cream of Mushroom Faux Goulash

Introduction

This is a stove top cassserole that can be served with rice or pasta. Uses Cream of Mushroom instead of Golden Mushroom. This uses ground beef, but ground turkey can be substituted This is a stove top cassserole that can be served with rice or pasta. Uses Cream of Mushroom instead of Golden Mushroom. Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 lb Ground Beef (Organic if possible)
    1 can Condensed Cream of Mushroom
    1 tsp Paprika
    2 tbl Lea & Perrins Worcestershire Sauce
    1 tsp Granulated Onion
    Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions

Makes 4 Servings

In a heavy skillet combine Beef and spices and cook over medium heat until brown. Drain any fat and water

Add Worcestershire sauce, and stir.
Add Cream of mushroom and cook over medium low heat until heated through.

Top with favorite cheese and serve over Pasta or Rice (not included in nutritional information)
