Zucchini, Squash, & Onions

Ingredients

    1 Tbsp Olive Oil
    2 Zucchini, halved and sliced
    2 Yellow Squash, halved and sliced
    1 Lg Onion, halved and sliced
    Salt & Pepper to taste

Directions

Heat skillet over med-high heat until hot. Add oil and swirl. Add onions and saute until translucent. Add zucchini and squah. Satue until crisp tender. Salt & Pepper to taste.

Serves 4 Lg portions or 6 regular. (NI based on 4)
