2 (15.5 oz) cans garbanzo beans Cajun seasoning, to taste
Drain and rinse garbanzo beans and spread in a single layer on a cookie sheet sprayed with olive oil cooking spray. Sprinkle with seasonings, tossing to coat. Roast at 450* for 30 minutes, shaking pan every 10-15 minutes. Leave pan in the oven after turning it off until the heat is gone. Beans should be crispy and have the consistency of corn nuts.
