Fresh Fruity Yogurt

Fresh Fruity Yogurt

Introduction

Great snack for dieters - fresh, tasty, and satisfying
Works as a quick breakfast too!

The small amount of pineapple tidbits makes this just sweet enough! But, if you want more sweetness, just stir in a packet of your favorite sweetener.

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

2 small containers plain, nonfat yogurt
    1 small can pineapple tidbits
    1 can pears (sugar free)
    1 can peaches (sugar free)

(The SparkPeople food list did not have sugar free canned fruits available, so this recipe will have less sugar than the nutritional info shows.)

Directions

In a large bowl, stir together all the canned fruits, with their juices.

Using a small serving bowl, spoon in half of one container of yogurt, and top with spoonfuls of mixed fruit. (use about 1/4 of the fruit mixture for each serving)

Enjoy!

Keep the remaining mixed fruit stored in a container in the fridge. Save the rest of the yogurt for later, as well.

Makes 4 servings.
