Oatmeal Apple Muffins

Number of Servings: 24

Ingredients

    2 cups whole wheat flour
    2 cups rolled oats
    2 Tbsp baking powder
    2 cups raisins
    2 cups chopped apples
    1/4 cup honey
    1/2 cup molasses
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    2 cups milk
    2 Tbsp canola oil

Directions

1. Mix in a large bowl: whole wheat flour, rolled oats, baking powder, raisins, & apple.
2. Mix in a smaller bowl: honey, molasses, eggs, milk, & oil.
3. Mix wet with dry ingredients until moistened.
4. Bake in 375 F oven for about 20 minutes.
Makes 24 muffins.
