Foolproof Biscuits

Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    2 cups flour
    1/2 tsp salt
    4 tsp baking powder
    1/2 cup canola oil
    1 egg
    .8 cup milk

Directions

1. Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl
2. Break egg in measuring cup, add milk to make 1 cup
3. Add egg/milk mixture and oil to dry mix and stir with a fork.
4. Put by spoonfuls on a baking sheeet and bake at 450 F for 10 - 12 minutes.

Makes 12 biscuits
