    1 extra large egg
    1 slice whole wheat bread
    1 tsp cinnamon

Directions

while skillet heats, soak bread in a bowl with the beaten egg and cinnamon. Use a non stick skillet or spray skillet with a minute amount of canola oil. Toast bread on both sides in skillet.
