Flax whole wheat panacakes

Ingredients

    1 cup of flour
    1/4 c of applesauce unsweetend
    1 cup of milk soy is in recipe... may add more if would like flatter and not as thick.
    cinn and raisins add as desired I did 1/3 cup of raisins and 1/2 tbsp.
    1/4 tsp of salt and baking soda...

    1/4 c flax meal

    Oil 1 Tbsp a little add to pan as cooking each batch.. Don't have to use oil if you have a griddle or a nonstick pan...

    If want wheat and flax to sprout soak overnight with some yogurt maybe a TBSP...

Directions

Mix all dry ingredients together and then add wet ingredintss.

use some oil and then use a 1/4c to scoop panacakes... I tried to spread out the batter because it is a little think so the panacakes were not real thick...

THis makes 7 panacakes 1 panacke per serving.
This is my first recipe I have ever made so please make alterations as needed.
