Introduction

Ingredients

    1/4 cup minced onion (very fine)
    1/4 cup canola oil
    2 Tblps. water
    1 Tbsps. minced ginger
    1 stock of celery minced very fine
    1 Tbsps, low sodium soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. ketchup
    11/2 Tbsps. Fresh squeezed lemon juice
    Salt and fresh ground pepper to taste

Directions

Put onion and celery in small food prossocer and pulse till very fine then add remaining ingrediants till thin consistency. Very simple and yet delicious and low calorie!
this makes 10 servings 2 Tbsp. each
