1 cup whole wheat or buckwheat flour
1/4 cup quick-cooking oats (optional)
3 tsp. baking powder
1 cup skim milk
3 Tbsp. canola oil
1 Tbsp. honey or blackstrap molasses
3) Heat a nonstick griddle or pan over medium heat (use cooking spray).
4) Pour or scoop the batter in, using approximately one-fourth cup for each pancake.
5) Brown on both sides.
6) Eat on the spot, or make several and reheat when you're ready to eat.
Makes eight 4 in. pancakes.
