    3 CUPS ITALIAN MEAT SAUCE (AS FOR SPAGHETTI)
    1 CAN CONDENSED BEEF CONSOMME
    AT LEAST AS MUCH WATER AS AMOUNT OF ABOVE INGREDIENTS
    1 CUP EACH SLICED CARROTS, CELERY, MUSHROOMS, ZUCCHINI, WHITE PART OF BOK CHOY OR CABBAGE, AND SLICED LEAFY GREENS SUCH AS GREEN PART OF BOK CHOY.
    3/4 CUP SLICED OKRA PODS
    YOU MAY ADD 1/2 CUP COOKED BARLEY, GARBONZO BEANS OR GREEN PEAS TO EACH SERVING FOR EXTRA CARBOHYDRATES AND EXTRA CALORIES IF DESIRED - MEN MAY NEED THIS!

Directions

PLACE ALL BUT LEAFY GREENS ON A 3 QUART OR LARGER POT AND SIMMER 20 TO 40 MINUTES. WHEN VEGETABLES ARE NEARLY TENDER, STIR IN THE LEAFY GREENS AND COMPLETE COOKING. SERVE ONE CUP PER PERSON AS A SOUP COURSE, 3 CUPS EACH AS A MAIN COURSE.
