May omit nuts or raisins if like. I am thinking some cinnamon would be good in this...

This is my adaptation to a fellow SP combination because I am sugar free and dairy free. It is not too bad. Taste really good when fresh. Also using Vanilla soy may pump up the flavor....

Number of Servings: 14

Ingredients

    2.5 cups whole wheat
    1 tsp of salt and baking soda
    3/4 C of Soy Milk
    6 bananas smashed
    3/4 C Applesauce
    1/4 C Mixed nuts chopped & Raisins

Directions

Mix dry ingredients

Mix wet ingredients.
Then mix all ingredients together and put in loaf pan..

Would make good as muffins as well..

cook at 350 degrees for 1 hour

Cut loaf into 18 pieces one piece is the serving size
