Pretty Boiled Cabbage

Submitted by: WEE-SPARKLE

Introduction

We decided to mix it up a bit. I've made boiled cabbage for a long time, but wondered what would happen if I made it 50/50 with red cabbage. The red cabbage has a slightly more peppery flavor. The result was stupendous! Sweet and peppery, buttery and beautiful! For less calories you could probably reduce the butter by half. We decided to mix it up a bit.
