This is my mom's old recipe. You can use any type of meat you want --pork, beef, chicken or turkey. If you don't have a pressure cooker it can be cooked in the oven for 45 minutes. Ingredients

1 lb turkey breast or 2 cooked chicken breasts
1 onion chopped
5 lg stalks celery
1 lg carrot
1 bell pepper
3/4 c fresh mushrooms or 1 can
1 can bean sprouts
1 can water chestnuts
1 can lf cr mush soup
1/4 c soy sauce
1 tb molasses
2 tsp brown sugar
3/4 c water
Directions
rough chop all ingredients and combine in pressure cooker except cornstarch and 1/4 c water. Bring up to pressure and cook 4 minutes. mix cornstarch and 1/4 c water and set aside. Bring pressure down and bring back to boil and add cornstarch and water mixture. Boil for 1 minute. Makes 8 1-cup servings.
Serve over brown rice (and sprinkle chow mein noodles on top. (calories not included)
