Pork and Tomatoes

Ingredients

    1 TBS oil
    1/2 cup of green olives with Pimentos (sliced)
    6 pork chops 1 inch thick loins
    1 onion (sliced) ( about 1/2 c)
    1 cans dices tomato ( 14 oz)


Directions

Dredge pork chops in flour, salt, and pepper.
Brown pork chops in oil.
Drain tomatoes and places in casserole dish. Top with sliced onions and olives.
Place pork on top.
Sprinkle with flour, salt, pepper, and drippings.
Cook at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
