Crockpot Chicken Chili - Easy

Ingredients

    Ingredients:

    * 2 Chicken Breasts skinless, boneless
    * Mushrooms, fresh, 1 cup, whole (remove)
    * Amy's Organic Cream of Mushroom Soup, 1 can
    * Beans, black, 1 can
    * Bell Pepper - Red - 1 large
    * Sweet potato, fresh, 5" long
    * Garlic powder, 1 tbsp
    * Water, Filtered, 1 cup
    * Pineapple Salsa, 1 jar
    * sea salt, .5 tsp
    * Black Pepper, 1 tsp
    * *Fajita Seasoning, 1 serving

Directions

layer in crock pot in this order:
mushroom soup
mushrooms, pepper and potato (rinsed and chopped)
spices
chicken (rinsed)
sprinkle chicken w/ fajita seasoning and pour salsa on top. Cook on low 6-8 hours. After 2 hours of cooking pour in can of drained beans.

Makes 6 bowls. Great with low-fat sour cream!
