2pieces Tandorri Naan Flat Bread (ready to eat)
2Tbsp BBQ sauce
1/2C Baby Arugula Salad Mix (or other spring salad mix)
1/4C artichoke hearts drained (use hearts canned in water NOT oil)
1/2Tbsp Pine Nuts (chopped)
5 Mini Fresh Mozzarella Ball
1/4C Smoked Wild Salmon
1 Fresh Mushroom (finely sliced)
a pinch of Italian Herbs
Preheat oven to 375.
place the naan breads on a pizza stone of baking sheet.
put a tbsp of BBQ sauce on each naan.
cut each of the little mozzarella balls into 4 piece
add all toppings evenly over each pizza, putting the cheese on last.
bake at 375 for 10 -12 minutes or until done
