Salmon with Ginger Soy Butter

Introduction

Ingredients

    1 TBSP Butter
    1/2 TBSP minced chives
    1/2 TBSP gresh ginger graterd or minced
    1/2 TBSP low sodium soy sauce
    4 3 oz salmon fillets
    salt and pepper to taste
    Cooking Spray

Directions

Mix butter, ginger, chives, soy sauce, and lemon juice together. Reserve to top cooked salmon
Spray pan with cooking spray and cook salmon
