Introduction

muffins made from bananas and KA hazelnut flour muffins made from bananas and KA hazelnut flour
Number of Servings: 16

Ingredients

    3 ripe bananas, 1//2 cup ff buttermilk, 2 eggs, 1T baking powder, 1/2 t baking soda, 2T vanilla extract, 1/2 t salt, 1 1/2 cup hazelnut flour from King Arthur, 1/4 c ground flaxseed

Directions

Mix all wet, all dry ingredients.
mix together, spray pans with PAM, preheat to 350, bake until done. Might be wet batter, may have to add more flour next time.
