Ingredients

    1 cup dried dates (sugarless)
    1 cup whole almonds
    1 tsp ground cinnamon
    .25 tsp ground nutmeg
    .25 tsp ground cloves

Directions

Pulse almonds in food processor until ground into a course meal. Set aside. Pulse dates and spiced with a little water in food processor until they make a thick paste. add almond meal back in and pulse or stir until just incorporated. Roll into bite-sized balls (a little bigger than a quarter). Makes 18 balls - serving size is two balls.
