Chicken Salad

Introduction

I used a rotisierre chicken for this salad....breast meat only.

I used 8 oz of Fage plain greek yogurt. I input it into the recipe calculator, but for SOME REASON it is leaving it out!!!

Ingredients

    4 C cooked diced chicken breast
    1 C toasted walnuts
    1 C grapes
    1/2 C celery
    2 Tbsp olive oil Mayonnaise
    1/2 C sour cream
    1/2 C dried cranberries

Directions

Heat oven at 250. Spread walnuts on tin foil covered cookie sheet. Roast walnuts, turning once, for 8 minutes. Set aside to cool.

Pull chicken breast off of the chicken and chop. Mix all items together in a large bowl. Chill until ready to serve.
