Easy Easy Pizza Crust

Introduction

half white, half wheat pizza crust that only takes about 20 minutes. half white, half wheat pizza crust that only takes about 20 minutes.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    Ingredients:
    Whole Wheat Flour, 1 cup
    Flour, white, 1 cup
    Granulated Sugar, 2 Tbsp
    Salt, 1 tsp
    Yeast, 1 tsp
    Canola Oil, 1 tbsp
    Water, tap, 3/4 cup

Directions

Mix Dry ingredients. Then, add oil and water. Let rest 15 minutes. Roll out and use as you please.

Serving size is about 1/4 of the pizza. This would be about 2 peices of pizza if you were making full size. 1/4 makes a perfect mini pizza.

Cook about 10 - 15 minutes depending of size.
