    * *Market Pantry 1% Low Fat Milk, .5 cup (remove)
    * *Extra Light Olive Oil, .5 tbsp (remove)
    * Baking Powder, 1 tsp (remove)

Directions

SERVES 2 FOR 244 CALORIES EACH, OR 3 SMALL PEOPLE FOR 163 CALORIES EACH
mix the dry ingredientsin a quart size bowl, and whisk to sift. Mix the milk and oil together, add all at once to the premixed dry ingredients and stir just enough to evenly distribute the liquid and create a soft dough. Drop by rounded tablespoonful onto simmering soup or stew, cover tightly and simmer/steam until done, at least 20 minutes. Serve immediately.
