Couscous (1 cup)
Cherry Tomatoes (1 cup)
Chives (0.5 cup)
Olive oil (2 tbsp)
lemon juice (1 tbsp)
Pour over couscous and cover. (Wait 5 min)
Cut the cherry tomatoes in half. Add the rest of ingredients.
To taste: add 1 tsp of Epicure Moroccan Spice. Black olives and fresh cilantro. (not incl in calculation).
Serve warm or cold.
