Venison Veggie Stew

Ingredients

    2 lbs venison steak
    1-10oz pckg. mixed vegetables, frozen
    2 cans Del Monte Diced Tomatoes
    1 tbsp. garlic powder
    salt and pepper to taste
    4 cups water (or beef stock)

Directions

Cut meat into bite size pieces. Place all ingredients into slow cooker. Put on high for 3 hours, then turn to low for 3 hours.

Makes 15-1 cup servings
