Ingredients

    5 lbs green beans, trimmed
    1/4 cup sesame seeds

    Marinade:
    1 cup soy sauce
    1 cup water
    3/4 cup brown sugar
    1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
    3 Tbsp distilled white vinegar
    3 Tbsp vegetable oil
    1/4 cup onion powder
    1 Tbsps garlic powder
    2 tsp grated fresh ginger
    2 Tbsp cornstarch

Directions

1. In a medium saucepan, mix the soy sauce, water, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, vinegar, oil, onion powder, garlic powder, ginger, and cornstarch.

2. Simmer on low heat, stirring occasionally, for 20 minutes or until thick.

3. Steam or boil green beans about 10 minutes, or until cooked.

4. Toss cooked green beans with teriyaki marinade to coat. Add sesame seeds to mixture.
