Crockpot wild rice and mushrooms

Introduction

A simple side dish with wild rice, mushrooms, onions, and other spices! A simple side dish with wild rice, mushrooms, onions, and other spices!
Number of Servings: 7

Ingredients

    5 cups cooked wild rice
    1 package sliced baby portabella mushrooms
    1/2 onion
    1/2 cup 98%FF cream of mushroom soup
    1t basil
    1t thyme
    salt
    pepper

Directions

Saute onions and spices in 1T EVOO until golden brown. Add mushrooms and 1T EVOO and saute until desired texture. Add saute mixture, wild rice, and mushroom soup to crockpot. Place on high for 2 hours.
