Rosemary Roasted Chicken

Introduction

Ingredients

    4 lbs whole chicken
    2 tablespoons olive oil
    2 teaspoons paprika
    1 1/2 teaspoons crushed rosemary, leaves
    1 teaspoon minced garlic
    1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
In a large bowl, season chicken with oil and seasonings.
Line a roasting pan with foil and spray with no-stick cooking spray.
Place seasoned chicken in the pan.
Roast in oven for 1 1/2 to 2 hours (approximately 15 minutes per pound) or until chicken is cooked through. Meat thermometer should read 165 degrees.
