Lemon Tofu Cream (lite) Revised

Ingredients

    4 oz. softened Neufchatel Cheese
    12 ounces Mori-Nu silken soft tofu lite
    juice of one lemon
    1/4 - 1/3 cup splenda

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a food processor and process until smooth. Scraping down the side of container as needed.

Divide the mixture among six ramekins and chill at least 2 hours. Tastes the best if let sit to meld in the refrigerator overnight. Be sure and cover with plastic wrap.

Makes approx. 6, 1/2 cup servings.
