Quick Fix Chili

Introduction

Love this recipe for winter or anytime I need a fast meal. Any leftovers can be used for queso! Love this recipe for winter or anytime I need a fast meal. Any leftovers can be used for queso!
Number of Servings: 15

Ingredients

    4 cans Ranch Style Brand Beans
    2 cans dark red kidney beans
    2 cans RoTel brand tomatoes and chilies
    1 lb extra lean ground beef
    2 t minced garlic
    Ground cumin
    Dried Mexican oregano
    Salt

Directions

Brown beef with ground cumin, salt and garlic. Add beans and tomatoes to beef in large stock pot. Bring to gentle boil and reduce to simmer for at least 25 minutes, stirring occasionally.

You may transfer to a Crock Pot and simmer all day if necessary. This recipe grows easily as I usually take to church functions.

The key to this recipe is to cook the meat with the spices.

Makes 15 or so servings.
