Introduction

Yummy and easy! Yummy and easy!
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 lb of Smoked Turkey Sausage cut lengthwise and diced
    4 medium potatoes, peeled and diced
    1 lb frozen collard greens
    1 lb frozen black eye peas
    1 medium onion, chopped
    5 cups water
    2 cups chicken broth
    3 bullion
    1 tbl olive oil
    salt and pepper to taste

Directions

prepare black eye peas according to package instructions but add the chicken broth and bullion.

When peas complete, add collards and potatoes.

Heat oil in pan. Brown sausage. Add onions, cook till soft.

Add sausage and onions to pot and simmer on low, covered for 30 minutes.
