Introduction

This is a great substitute for mashed potatoes. This is a great substitute for mashed potatoes.

Ingredients

    1 bag Kroger Frozen Cauliflower
    1/4 cup Wondra
    1/4 cup Kroger Shredded Cheddar
    1/4 cup grated Parmesan Cheese
    2 Tbsp Smart Balance
    4 Tbsp Kroger Reduced Fat Sour Cream
    Salt & Pepper to taste

Directions

Cook cauliflower according to package directions and drain well. Place all ingredients in a large bowl and beat with a hand mixer until combined. Makes 4 servings.
