Thin Crust Pizza Crust

Ingredients

    2.75-3.25 cups flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. warm water
    2 T. olive oil

Directions

Mix 1.25 c. flour with 1 pkg. active dry yeast, and 1/4 tsp. salt. Add 1 c. warm water and 2 T. olive oil. Mix on low for 30 seconds and on high for 3 minutes. Add as much of the remaining flour as possible by hand. Knead for 6-8 mins. adding flour as necessary to make a smooth, elastic ball. Divide in half, cover, and let rest for 10 mins. Roll out to a 10" round, bake in a 425 degree oven for 10-12 mins. Top with desired toppings and bake 15 minutes more. Makes 6 servings.
