Introduction

Zesty and Healthy... yumm!!! Zesty and Healthy... yumm!!!
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    1 can Chickpeas
    3 cloves Garlic
    5 leaves fresh Basil
    juice of 1/2 lime
    1 bell pepper roasted and sliced
    3 cherry tomatoes roasted
    2 Tbsp natural peanut butter or tahini
    2 tbsp Olive Oil
    2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
    2 tsp. Italian Seasonings
    1 tsp. Smoked Paprika

Directions

Combine all ingredients into food processor or blender and blend until it becomes smooth. Chill.

(serving suggestion: veggies and pita bread. )
